Filler: FIRE ROASTED HATCH GREEN CHILE, MONTEREY JACK CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CHEESE CULTURES, SALT, ENZYMES) POWDERED CELLULOSE (TO PREVENT CAKING)), SOYBEAN OIL, YELLOW CORN PROCESSED WITH LIME, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT.
MASA: WATER, YELLOW CORN PROCESSED WITH LIME, SOYBEAN OIL, SEASONINGS (MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT).

Please note: Steam Preparation: Thaw tamales, remove from bag. Heat tamales in steamer for 20 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 165®F.
Microwave Preparation: Wrap 1 to 3 thawed Tamales in a wet paper towel and microwave for 1 to 3 minutes ( based on number of Tamales) or to an internal temperature of 165®F. For best results, do not exceed 185®F.
The key to a great Tamale is maintaining moisture while re-heating. REMOVE CORN HUSK PRIOR TO EATING.
