Filler: BEEF, WATER, SEASONINGS (CHILI PEPPER, SPICES, SALT, GARLIC, BEEF BASE, (SALT, TORULA YEAST, DISODIUM INSONATE & DISODIUM GUANYLATE, DEXTROSE, BEEF EXTRACT, MALTODEXTRIN, SILICON DIOXIDE, DRY ONION, SPICES), DEXTROSE)), SOYBEAN OIL, TEXTURED VEGETABLE PROTEIN (SOY FLOUR) MODIFIED CORN STARCH.
MASA: WATER, YELLOW CORN PROCESSED WITH LIME, SOYBEAN OIL, SEASONINGS (SALT, MODIFIED CORN STARCH).

Please note: Steam Preparation: Thaw tamales, remove from bag. Heat tamales in steamer for 20 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 165®F.
Microwave Preparation: Wrap 1 to 3 thawed Tamales in a wet paper towel and microwave for 1 to 3 minutes ( based on number of Tamales) or to an internal temperature of 165®F. For best results, do not exceed 185®F.
The key to a great Tamale is maintaining moisture while re-heating. REMOVE CORN HUSK PRIOR TO EATING.
