Ingredient Statement
Filler: PORK, WATER, SEASONINGS (MODIFIED CORN STARCH, CHILI PEPPER, WHEAT FLOUR, SPICES, SALT, DRY GARLIC, DISODIMUM INSONATE AND DISODIUM GUANYLATE, PAPRIKA EXTRACT) TEXTURED VEGETABLE PROTEIN (SOY FLOUR).
MASA: WATER, YELLOW CORN PROCESSED WITH LIME, SOYBEAN OIL, SEASONINGS (MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT).
CONTAINS: SOY AND WHEAT
Please note: Steam Preparation: Thaw tamales, remove from bag. Heat tamales in steamer for 20 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 165®F.
Microwave Preparation: Wrap 1 to 3 thawed Tamales in a wet paper towel and microwave for 1 to 3 minutes ( based on number of Tamales) or to an internal temperature of 165®F. For best results, do not exceed 185®F.
The key to a great Tamale is maintaining moisture while re-heating. REMOVE CORN HUSK PRIOR TO EATING.
